I spent some time today scouting locations in the heart of the city for the season of weddings kicking off for me next weekend. Textures and symmetry was the order of the day. This little town of ours is rife with hidden gems in every lane way and around every corner. I’m always looking for something a little different and today I found a gold mine of locations!!

It is always such an honour to shoot for one of South Australia’s most respected and revered Architects Pauline Hurren. I never know quite what to expect before arriving at one of her creations and this beautiful home in the Adelaide Hills was no exception. A functional piece of art in the grandest of proportions, rich in beautiful textures and warmth. The often curved walls seem to grab you by the hand and lead you around the home revealing so many beautifully quirky but inspired spaces…This is unlike anything you will ever see yet it is so very Pauline Hurren.
