Howard Vineyard

Visited the beautiful Howard Vineyard in Nairne for the first time last week. The location provided the perfect back drop for a few snaps of my boys with their cousins Hugo, Evie and Sadie. It was a truly beautiful day, amazing food and wine, great company, enough space for the kids to run themselves ragged and an abundance of colours and textures to keep this photographer very happy!

Back to Basics

Over the years I have been fortunate enough to photograph some of Adelaide’s most exclusive and expensive homes but this little cottage in Nairne has to be one of my favourites. Built in 1853 as a Tannery this building has seen very little change over the years. Why I love this property so much is the simplicity of it, minimal lighting, rough stone walls, exposed chunky beams and no sign of a TV anywhere! I love the idea of living the lifestyle this little home offers, the romance of it all is so appealing…Could I do it? Not a chance.
