The end of another busy year is almost upon us, so I thought it would be a good time to stop and reflect on some of my favourite houses of 2012. I would’ve shot about 750 homes in the past year but these below are the stand outs. I’ve mentioned before I am so lucky to have access to some absolutely awesome properties and this year was no exception.
As things start to wind up for the year, I was rapt to find out this property in the beachside suburb of Somerton Park needed my attention. Only two years old, this Scott Salisbury designed house has to be one of, if not my favourite houses of 2012. The quality of the build, the floor plan and the sheer elegance of it makes it hard to beat…Just the perfect house to shoot!!!
