This incredible house, in the beach side suburb of Brighton was cleverly designed and built around an existing dwelling to meet council approvals. However all that remains is the old fire place now situated in the entrance of the new building. Certainly not your conventional home, more like a five star resort, this one was a real treat to shoot.

Here’s some more images from the beautiful Chasecrown house I shot last week. I had a lot of fun with this one as it has so many elements to it. The space and the way it was used to fit on an incredibly steep block creating a very useable floor plan was a stroke of genius. But the thing I loved the most was the vast array of textures used to create a warmth that can sometimes be missing from a home of this size.
